Tartar sauce

Tartar sauce is a very rich white sauce that accompanies fish and seafood perfectly. The sauce is made with mayonnaise, vinegar and other ingredients.

  • 1/4 cups pickles, chopped citrus
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickles, parsley, milk, vinegar, onion and mustard.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
