1/4 cups pickles, chopped citrus
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons cow's milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickles, parsley, milk, vinegar, onion and mustard.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
