Tartar sauce is a very rich white sauce that accompanies fish and seafood perfectly. The sauce is made with mayonnaise, vinegar and other ingredients.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups gherkin, chopped citrus
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickles, parsley, milk, vinegar, onion and mustard.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to mix.

TIPS

This recipe yields 3/4 cup of tartar sauce.

me parece sencilla y muy deliciosa soy cocinero de hobby y siempre estoy inventando en casa e incluso cuando me toca ir a una comida en familia excelentes todas las recetas que aca se presentan me caracterizo por hacer las recetas cuando tengo alguna reunion familiar y agasajo a los invitados es para mi un honor estar en esta web. y a lo largo del tiempo he apredido muchos tips para cocinar hago postres hago reposteria a mediana escala y le mayoria de las veces me llaman para felicitarme y darme las gracias
