1 egg yolk
1 lemon , its juice
4 anchovy
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon capers
4 tablespoons unsweetened natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic
salt , to taste

In a deep bowl, mix the anchovy fillets, chopped capers, mustard, egg yolk, and garlic. Whisk quickly.
Add the oil and continue whisking.
Add the vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt, and season with salt.
You can store it in the refrigerator in a container for 1-2 days.
