Tomato sauce for pasta

  • 1 clove garlic, sliced ​​delgadito

  • 1/4 cups fresh basil leaf, chopped

  • Put the can of tomatoes with their juices in the food processor and press until they sting a little. Go to a container and reserve.
  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onion. Cook stirring until garlic and onion are cooked (5-10 minutes for garlic and 20 minutes for onion).
  • Add the dry chie and let heat for 15 seconds to release its flavor and add the tomatoes with their juices.
