  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Mix orange juice with soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Add the ginger and the mashed sugar, stir for 1 minute until the sugar granules are dissolved.
  • Add the white vinegar and move for another minute.
  • Dilute the corn starch in a little water until there are no lumps, pour into the saucepan so that it thickens the sauce to taste.
  • If the Teriyaki sauce will be used at the moment to give the desired thickness, if it is going to be stored or refrigerated, leave a little watery so that at the time of cooking it is of the desired thickness.
  • Make grilled breasts with salt and pepper and pour this sauce into a dish for presentation, with white rice and salad.
