Then you can taste an exquisite Teriyaki sauce like no other. It is universal because not only can be applied to chicken, but to what you want. It is a true delight!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch

Preparation

Mix orange juice with soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for two minutes.
Add the ginger and the mashed sugar, stir for 1 minute until the sugar granules are dissolved.
Add the white vinegar and move for another minute.
Dilute the corn starch in a little water until there are no lumps, pour into the saucepan so that it thickens the sauce to taste.
If the Teriyaki sauce will be used at the moment to give the desired thickness, if it is going to be stored or refrigerated, leave a little watery so that at the time of cooking it is of the desired thickness.
Make grilled breasts with salt and pepper and pour this sauce into a dish for presentation, with white rice and salad.

PRESENTATION

It can be served in a container so that everyone can take enough sauce, or it is served directly on the plate, accompanying the chicken breasts previously browned on the grill.
