Bechamel sauce

White sauce for Lasagne very rich and you can use it for several types of lasagna. It is easy to do and to use I hope you like it. I prepare it for mushroom lasagna.

  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorn
  • 1 slice onion
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • nutmegs

  • In a pot boil the milk. Remove from the heat and add the laurel, pepper and onion.
  • Let stand for about 15 minutes. Then it must be strained so that only the milk remains.
  • In a saucepan melt the butter and add the flour and cook for about two minutes. Add the milk and return to low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Boil three minutes and remove from heat. Add salt and nutmeg
