Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 tablespoon whole black pepper
  • 1 slice onion
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • nutmegs

Preparation

In a pot boil the milk. Remove from the heat and add the laurel, pepper and onion.
Let stand for about 15 minutes. Then it must be strained so that only the milk remains.
In a saucepan melt the butter and add the flour and cook for about two minutes. Add the milk and return to low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Boil three minutes and remove from heat. Add salt and nutmeg
