Roquefort sauce is delicious with pasta, meat, chicken or even in a salad as a dressing.

1/4 cups olive oil
2 pinches salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
100 grams roquefort cheese
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Crumble the cheese with a fork, add oil, cream, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and pepper little by little.
Correct seasoning and check if it is necessary to add salt.
Beat very hard and refrigerate.
