Roquefort Sauce

The Roquefort sauce is delicious with pasta, meat, chicken, or even as a dressing in a salad.

  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 grams roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
