Roquefort sauce

Roquefort sauce is delicious with pasta, meat, chicken or even in a salad as a dressing.

  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 grams roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Crumble the cheese with a fork, add oil, cream, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and pepper little by little.
  • Correct seasoning and check if it is necessary to add salt.
  • Beat very hard and refrigerate.
