The roquefort sauce is delicious with a pasta, a meat, a chicken or even a salad as a dressing.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 grams roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons English sauce

Preparation

Crumble the cheese with a fork, add oil, cream, English sauce, vinegar and pepper little by little.
Rectify seasoning and check if it is necessary to add salt.
Beat very strong and refrigerate.
