Walnut Sauce

A delicious walnut sauce that you can use with chicken, pasta, fish, or any dish you can think of.

  • 170 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 slice bread, without crusts
  • whole milks, as needed
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

  • Toast the walnuts in a pan, being careful not to burn them, until they start to smell.
  • Soak the bread in the milk.
  • Put the walnuts, soaked bread, garlic, and parmesan cheese in a blender. Blend until a creamy sauce forms. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper and blend again. Set aside.
  • Add a little milk to the sauce if it is too thick.
