A delicious walnut sauce that you can use with a chicken, pasta, fish or any dish that comes to mind.

Ingredients

  • 170 grams walnut
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 slice bread, without borders
  • whole milks, the needed
  • 30 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Put to toast the nuts in a pan, taking care that they do not burn, until they start to smell.
Soak bread with milk.
Put the nuts, soaked bread, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a blender. Beat until a creamy sauce forms. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and beat again. Reserve.
Add a little milk to the sauce if it is very thick.
