2 kilos Golden Delicious apple, golden
2 cups water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cups water
1/2 cups sugar

Peel and core the apples.
Cut all the apples into 8 pieces and place them in a bowl with water and lemon. Strain.
Place the apples in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
Uncover, add sugar, and let cook for another 10 minutes.
Mash or blend everything (in a food processor or blender) and taste the amount of sugar. Add more if necessary.
