Asparagus is very tasty, and although you can't find it fresh all year round, take advantage of its season and prepare this recipe for asparagus with mustard vinaigrette.

2 tablespoons vinegar
8 tablespoons olive oil
pepper
1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 bunch asparagus

Cut the tips of the asparagus and bring water to a boil.
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
Put vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard in a jar.
Stir until it thickens a little and is well mixed.
Pour over the asparagus and serve.
