Preparation
Cut the tips of the asparagus and bring water to boil.
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 15 minutes until soft.
Put the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and dijon mustard in a jar.
Stir until it thickens a little and is well stirred.
Put on the asparagus and serve.
