Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch asparagus

Preparation

Cut the ends of the asparagus and put water to boil.
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 15 minutes until soft.
Put in a jar the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and dijon mustard.
Stir until it thickens a little and is well stirred.
Put on the asparagus and serve.

TIPS

You can use this dressing in other salads.
