1 tablespoon capers, girls if they are big, chopped
1 kilo asparagus, peeled
6 slices parma ham
1/4 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
6 slices pecorino romano cheese, or romaine

Stir together the lemon juice, olive oil, and add the capers and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water until crisp. Refresh them with cold water and ice.
Drain them and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Separate 6 asparagus and wrap them in ham. Add a bit of the prepared vinaigrette and a slice of cheese.
