Preparation
Stir the lemon juice, olive oil and add the capers and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water until crispy. Cool them with cold water and ice.
Drain and add a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Separate 6 asparagus and wrap them in ham. Put a bit of the prepared vinaigrette and a slice of cheese.
