Bacon with Nuts and Brown Sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the bacon, separated into strips, in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
  • Mix the mustard with the sugar; sprinkle it over the bacon. Add the nuts on top.
  • Bake the bacon for 16 to 18 minutes or until crispy. Let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing it from the dish to serve. (The bacon will be very hot.)
