Baked Potato with Egg and Bacon

  • bacon
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Cut the potato in half lengthwise. Make a hollow in the center that is large enough to hold an egg. Season with salt and pepper
  • Chop the bacon and brown it in a skillet
  • Bake the potato in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  • Remove the potatoes and add the fried bacon on top. Serve
