Baked Potatoes with Bacon

  • 1 kilo potato
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat the electric oven to medium temperature.
  • Fry the bacon in a skillet over high heat. Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  • Cook the sliced potatoes in the same skillet until they take on some color and soften.
  • In an oven-safe baking dish, place the potatoes, bacon, Oaxaca cheese, cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the potatoes for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve and pair with Del Valle Frut® Citrus.
