  • 1/2 kilos pinto beans
  • 7 sausages
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1/4 kilos chorizo
  • 4 morita chiles
  • 2 guajillo chiles
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 onion

  • Clean and wash the beans.
  • Put the beans to boil with a piece of onion and salt.
  • Roast a piece of onion and the tomatoes on a griddle.
  • Boil the chiles.
  • Cut the ham into cubes, the bacon, and the sausages into slices, then fry them together with the chorizo.
  • Blend the tomato, onion, chiles, and garlic, incorporate them into what is frying, and let it boil.
  • Add the cooked beans to the previous preparation and serve hot.
