1/2 kilos pinto beans
7 sausages
10 slices deli ham
5 slices bacon
1/4 kilos chorizo
4 morita chiles
2 guajillo chiles
3 tomatillos
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cups vegetable oil

Preparation

Clean and wash the beans.
Put the beans to boil with a piece of onion and salt.
Roast a piece of onion and the tomatoes on a griddle.
Boil the chiles.
Cut the ham into cubes, the bacon, and the sausages into slices, then fry them together with the chorizo.
Blend the tomato, onion, chiles, and garlic, incorporate them into what is frying, and let it boil.
Add the cooked beans to the previous preparation and serve hot.
