Bean and Heart of Palm Ceviche

  • 2 cups black beans, cooked and without liquid
  • 1/2 cups serrano chile, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cups tomato, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups heart of palm, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
