Add the beans to the chorizo and mix perfectly. Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle the manchego cheese until it covers the chorizo well and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Garnish the beans with chorizo and cheese with serrano chili and serve with tortilla chips.
