2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/3 cups fresh cilantro
1/2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cow's milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 pinch chile powder

Place the SOS® Black Bean Querétaro in a pressure cooker with water.
Let them boil, lower the heat, and cook for 25 minutes.
Mash the beans until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Add the cumin, salt, and cilantro; mix well.
Form small balls with your hands and place them on wax paper.
Press with the palm of your hand on the paper to form cakes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Fry the cakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Mix the yogurt, milk, and chili powder.
Serve the sauce over the hot cakes.
