Charro Beans with McCormick® Chicken Broth

  • 2 tablespoons granulated chicken broth Mccormick®
  • 500 grams pinto beans, cooked
  • 20 grams garlic
  • 200 grams bacon, chopped into small cubes
  • 100 grams chorizo, chopped
  • 200 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 80 grams pickled Jalapeño chiles, seedless and finely chopped
  • 200 grams sausages, sliced
  • 100 grams pork rinds, chopped
  • 60 grams fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Sprinkle McCormick® Chicken Broth over the previously cooked beans. Heat the mixture in a pot and add the garlic.
  • In a pan, fry the bacon and chorizo, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Add the onion, the chiles, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once everything is fried, add it to the beans.
  • Add the sausages, chicharrón, and cilantro, mix until combined. Adjust the seasoning.
