1/2 kilos beans, cooked
1 cup Chihuahua cheese, or similar
150 grams chorizo
1 cup hot sauce, to taste
1 cup vegetable oil, or lard
1/4 onions, chopped
1/4 tomatoes, chopped

Fry the chorizo in the oil with the chopped onion and tomato, then add the prepared cooked and mashed beans.
Stir well over low heat and add the grated cheese, wait for it to melt and incorporate well, and finally add ranchera sauce to taste.
