  • 1/2 kilos beans, cooked
  • 1 cup Chihuahua cheese, or similar
  • 150 grams chorizo
  • 1 cup hot sauce, to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, or lard
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tomatoes, chopped

  • Fry the chorizo in the oil with the chopped onion and tomato, then add the prepared cooked and mashed beans.
  • Stir well over low heat and add the grated cheese, wait for it to melt and incorporate well, and finally add ranchera sauce to taste.
