Preparation

Yo primero pongo la manteca y allí doro unas tortillas en totopo y chiles guachillo, después los saco de la manteca y pongo en la licuadora. Posteriormente doro el chorizo en esa misma manteca. Los frijoles ya cocidos los pongo a licuar con los totopos y los chiles, los pongo en la cazuela para cocerlos unos minutos, despuer agrego queso cotija, arriba unos chiles cola de rata para adornar, más queso y totopos. Receta sagrada de mi madre, si la prueban les gustará 👌
