Blue Corn Pancakes

  • 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder, Royal

  • 2 eggs, lightly whipped
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • unsalted butter, for the griddle
