Broccoli with Garlic and Vinaigrette

A flavorful option for steamed broccoli. This recipe is very light and tasty, perfect for accompanying any dish or for eating on its own. It’s a simple way to prepare broccoli and enhance its flavor.

  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper

  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into large pieces. Place it on a microwave-safe plate, cover the plate, and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  • In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic until lightly golden, approximately 3 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
  • Now add the broccoli to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the broccoli from the pan and mix it with the golden garlic, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
