Broccoli with Garlic and Vinaigrette

500 grams broccoli
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper

Wash the broccoli and cut it into large pieces. Place it on a microwave-safe plate, cover the plate, and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic until lightly golden, approximately 3 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
Now add the broccoli to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the broccoli from the pan and mix it with the golden garlic, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
