Broccoli with Garlic and Vinaigrette

A flavorful option for steamed broccoli. This recipe is very light and rich, perfect to accompany any dish or to eat alone. It is a simple way to prepare broccoli and potentiate its flavor.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 3 teeth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Wash the broccoli and cut into large pieces. Place in a microwave dish, cover the plate and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
    In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and brown the garlic until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
    Now add the broccoli to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
    Remove the broccoli from the pan and mix with the golden garlic, the lemon juice and the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the broccoli to accompany a fish or steak.

    TIPS

    This recipe is also very rich with cauliflower.
