Buttered and Lemon Potatoes

Delicious snack of baby potatoes with a touch of lemon, butter, and chili.

  • 1 kilo new potatoes
  • 1 stick butter with salt
  • 10 limes, juice
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bullion

  • Boil the potatoes (previously washed) in salted water.
  • Blend the juice of 10 lemons with 3 serrano chilies and 3 tablespoons of chicken broth.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add the stick of butter. The heat from the potatoes will melt the butter.
  • Using a strainer, add the blended mixture, bring it to a boil...and enjoy!
