Cheese Crisps

Prepare these delicious cheese crisps with garlic and chili flavor. They are perfect for accompanying different dishes and can also be used as decoration. You can enjoy them on their own if you like.

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • chile powder
  • garlic powder

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper; this will keep everything clean and prevent the cheese from sticking to the tray.
  • Using a tablespoon, take some grated cheese and pour it onto the paper in circles.
  • Once you have made the circles, sprinkle a little chili and garlic powder on top to taste.
  • With the circles perfectly shaped, the chosen spices on top of the cheese, bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Once the estimated time has passed and our cheese has turned into cheese crisps, remove the circles from the tray and absorb the excess grease with paper towels.
