250 grams chickpeas legumes La Asturiana®
1 leek
2 carrots
40 grams pine nuts
4 tablespoons olive oil

The chickpeas soaked the day before are cooked in boiling clean water with a pinch of salt (discard the soaking water and rinse the chickpeas)
In that pot with boiling water, add the leek cut into thick slices and the carrots also cut into thick slices.
Let it cook for 2 hours on low heat in a regular pot and about 30 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Once the chickpeas are cooked, add the pine nuts and let the legume cook with the pine nuts for another 10 minutes.
Serve in individual containers accompanied by the chickpeas, pine nuts, leek, and the carrots cooked with the chickpeas.
