1 pound ground duck meat
1 can pinto bean
1 can tomato, chopped
2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, medium chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3 tablespoons piquín chile
1 Jalapeño chile, chopped
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

In a medium pot, heat the oil and cook the ground meat well.
When the meat is well cooked, add the bell peppers, onion, carrots, tomatoes, jalapeño and cumin. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the beans (including the liquid), chili powder, and a tablespoon of salt. Add a cup of water if necessary and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Serve it in a bowl, placing the grated cheese on top as decoration. It can be accompanied with tortilla chips (Nachos Style)
