10 sweet potatoes
90 grams butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon honey
1 pinch pepper
2 cups walnuts
1 cup marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake the sweet potatoes for 1 hour.
Place the peeled sweet potatoes in a large bowl, add the butter so that it melts with the heat, and mash with a fork to make the puree.
Season with spices.
Mix the walnut with the marshmallows and honey.
Place in a baking dish and spread the walnut mixture over the puree.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
