1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons almonds, sliced toasted
1 tablespoon raisins

Cook the couscous as indicated on the package, in salted water in a covered pot.
Add the butter, almonds, and raisins. And stir with a fork.
Serve hot accompanied by salad.
