3 chayotes, peeled

1 cup deli ham, diced
1/2 cups peas, blanched
1/2 cups corn kernel
1/2 cups carrot, cooked and diced
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Cut the chayotes into medium cubes on a cutting board and then cook them for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix the ham, peas, corn kernels, carrot, cilantro, chayotes, garlic powder, and Oikos® Greek Yogurt Protein in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, add the slices of mozzarella cheese, and broil for 5 minutes.
Serve it accompanied by a delicious beef steak.
