Cut the chayotes into medium cubes on a cutting board and then cook them for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Mix the ham, peas, corn kernels, carrot, cilantro, chayotes, garlic powder, and Oikos® Greek Yogurt Protein in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
