  • vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups button mushrooms, cut
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper
