In a baking dish, brush with olive oil and add the rice mixture until halfway, cover with a layer of cheese, and place another layer of rice, finishing with a layer of cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180° or until golden.
Remove from the oven and place on a board. Serve with marinated chicken.
