1 french bread, or Italian (remove the crusts)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a deep plate, add the bread cut into small cubes and drizzle with olive oil and garlic, then mix well.
Season the bread with salt and pepper, then place in a baking tray for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once you see the bread toasting, remove from the oven.
