Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 French bread, or Italian (remove the crusts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a deep dish, add the loaves cut into small cubes and add the olive oil and garlic, stir well.
Season the bread and then put it in a pan in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Until you see that the breads are toasting, remove from the oven.
