Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 french bread, or Italian (remove the scabs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a deep plate, add the loaves cut into small cubes and add the olive oil and garlic, stir well.
Season the breads and then put them in a baking tray for 10 to 12 minutes.
Until you see that the loaves are toasting, remove from the oven.
