Place the potatoes in a pot with enough water; once it starts to boil, cook for 25 minutes or until they are soft enough. Remove from heat, drain, and place in a bowl. Mash the potatoes with a masher or glass until you have a puree.
Once you have the potato puree, add the melted butter, whipping cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, oregano, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, baking powder, and egg. Mix until you have a manageable dough. Place in a piping bag and make an opening at the front.
On a baking sheet with parchment paper, form spirals with the potato puree mixture. Fry in the T-Fal Easy Fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley and lemon.
