  • 1 radish, diced, for garnish

  • In a comal over medium heat, roast the onion with the garlic, tomatoes, and chilies. Remove and soak the chilies in hot water for 10 minutes or until softened. Peel the garlic and set aside.

  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the oil and fry the noodle until golden, stirring constantly to prevent burning, removing excess fat if necessary.
  • Pour the tomato broth and bring it to a boil. Cover and lower the heat, cook until the noodle is cooked and the liquid has completely reduced.
  • To present, compact the noodle in a ring or individual mold. Unmold and decorate with cream, nopales, avocado, fresh cheese, cilantro, and chopped radish. Enjoy.
