1 cup rice
1/2 onions, cut into medium squares
1 cube vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Wash the rice, drain it, and soak it for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion until translucent, add the rice (already drained and dry), then the salt, curry, broth cube, and ginger.
Add the water and bring to low heat for 20 minutes.
Once the time has passed, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
