Easy Curry Rice

Easy recipe to accompany any type of protein. Curry rice is a way to add a touch of Indian cuisine to our dishes. Don't hesitate to try it.

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 onions, cut into medium squares
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Wash the rice, drain it, and soak it for 1 hour.
  • Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion until translucent, add the rice (already drained and dry), then the salt, curry, broth cube, and ginger.
  • Add the water and bring to low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Once the time has passed, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
