1/8 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 liters water
7 sprigs epazote
1 1/2 cubes granulated chicken bouillon
1 pinch coarse salt
chile

Preparation

Add corn, water, butter, salt, chicken bouillon cubes, and esquite to a pot.
Simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve once the kernels are tender and accompany with mayonnaise, chili, lime, cream, and cheese.
