These esquites are perfect to boot or to use as a garnish. Since they have the delicious and unique jarocho touch that makes them different. Do not stop trying them.

Ingredients

7 servings
  • 1 kilo of corn yellow
  • 1/8 of stick of Butter
  • 1 1/2 liters of Water
  • 7 branches of epazote
  • 1 1/2 cubes of chicken bouillon
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • to taste of Chili pepper
  • to taste of green lemon
  • to taste of Mayonnaise
  • to taste of cream
  • to taste of cheese

    Preparation

    Add corn, water, butter, salt, cubes of chicken broth and esquite in a pot.
    Cook over low heat approximately 20-25 minutes
    Serve once the beans are tender and serve with mayonnaise, chili, lemon, cream and cheese.
