  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

  • 4 epazotes, sprigs
  • 100 grams cotija cheese
  • 2 limes
  • 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, low fat

  • Cook the corn until tender, drain them, and with the help of a knife, separate the kernels.
  • Spray a pan with 4 shots of PAM® Original, cook the garlic, the onion, add the corn kernels, let it cook with the epazote sprigs and the árbol chili over low heat, season with salt and pepper.
