Garlic Bread with Cheese and Bacon

2/3 cups unsalted butter , softened
1/3 cups fresh chives, chopped
4 teaspoons mustard
garlic pieces Mccormick® , to taste
5 slices Swiss cheese
5 strips turkey bacon

Cut the bread into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick without cutting all the way through (the bottom of the bread should remain intact).
In a bowl, mix the butter with the onion, mustard, and a little garlic powder. Spread this mixture on each side of the bread slices.
Cut each slice of cheese diagonally to make 4 triangles, and place each slice of cheese between each cut of bread.
Cut the strips of bacon in half and cover the bread with each piece. Place the bread on aluminum foil inside a baking dish.
Bake the bread at 200 °C for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bacon is golden.
