Green Beans with Almonds

This tasty side dish is delicious thanks to the nutmeg and almonds.

  • 500 grams green beans, without stem
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons nutmeg

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the green beans for 5 minutes and drain.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the almonds. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the green beans, salt, and nutmeg, and cook for 1 more minute.
